Chicago 2 flat foreclosure in Albany Park listed for $144,900. 2,400 square foot with 3 bathrooms.

3 bedroom 2 bath brick ranch Freddie Mac property with 1,200 square foot, finished basement and 2 car garage list price for this foreclosure is $159,900.

1,466 square foot bi-level home in Des Plaines, IL with 4 bedrooms 1.5 bath $189,900.

  We met Goran as we were beginning to look for a new home last spring. At the time we were planning to do a full renovation, and Goran was extremely helpful broker & construction adviser. We ended up finding a turnkey home in a neighborhood we loved, and the deal went very smoothly due to all the expert advice we received from Goran on negotiations, inspection, etc. While the new house was under contract, we decided to list our current home and Goran was instrumental in getting it sold in less than a month finding our future buyer from an open house (all during the dreaded end of year timeframe when things seem to really down).
