Chicago Real Estate Market Report – Northside of Chicago

This week’s Chicago Real Estate Market Report for the northside of Chicago has a Median sales Price of $360,000 New home listings at $425,000 and Active homes for sale at $429,900 medians with a market time of 41 days on the market to sell.

The Sale-to-List Price for the northside is 97%.

Inventory of Sold homes is 249 New to the market homes is 745 and Active homes for sale at 1742.

  We met Goran as we were beginning to look for a new home last spring. At the time we were planning to do a full renovation, and Goran was extremely helpful broker & construction adviser. We ended up finding a turnkey home in a neighborhood we loved, and the deal went very smoothly due to all the expert advice we received from Goran on negotiations, inspection, etc. While the new house was under contract, we decided to list our current home and Goran was instrumental in getting it sold in less than a month finding our future buyer from an open house (all during the dreaded end of year timeframe when things seem to really down).
