We met Goran as we were beginning to look for a new home last spring. At the time we were planning to do a full renovation, and Goran was extremely helpful broker & construction adviser. We ended up finding a turnkey home in a neighborhood we loved, and the deal went very smoothly due to all the expert advice we received from Goran on negotiations, inspection, etc. While the new house was under contract, we decided to list our current home and Goran was instrumental in getting it sold in less than a month finding our future buyer from an open house (all during the dreaded end of year timeframe when things seem to really down).
